Oh my .... I'm swooning over these photos the way I do my waterfall photos!! AND, thanks to you I've now been introduced to Thomas Mann. Had to look him up ... Nobel laureate!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny, Bren: there are actually three Nobel laureates who are either from here or lived here at some point: besides Mann, there's author Gunter Grass, and a former German chancellor named Willy Brandt. Not bad for such a small town. :-)
